FAQs About Burpee
What is Burpee’s return policy?
Catalog and online orders can be returned within a set window by product type, with a valid order number required for a refund or replacement.
Does Burpee guarantee its seeds will grow?
Yes. Burpee backs its products with a satisfaction guarantee, though customers are asked to allow the recommended growing time before considering a product unsatisfactory.
Does Burpee ship internationally?
No. Burpee primarily ships within the United States, with limited and unassured shipping options for international orders.
How long does a Burpee return take to process?
Mail-in returns generally take 7–14 days to process. Refunds go to the original payment method, or a check is issued if that’s not possible.
Are Burpee seeds genetically modified?
No. All Burpee seeds and plants are non-GMO, a standard the brand maintains across its entire catalog of vegetables, herbs, and flowers.
