Meet our Founder!
Sophia Barnes, Gardening enthusiast
Sophia Barnes is a lifelong gardening enthusiast who believes that a green sanctuary should be within reach for every homeowner. After years of transforming urban spaces and backyard plots into thriving ecosystems, she noticed how often beginners felt overwhelmed by conflicting advice and the high cost of premium supplies. She founded TheHomeGardenist.com to bridge that gap—providing a curated hub for expert gardening tips, seasonal guides, and verified deals on essential tools. Sophia’s mission is to simplify sustainable living, ensuring that everyone has the resources to grow a beautiful, productive garden of their own.
